Hi, at normal conditions, doing master format will make all setting back to the default. We assume that your GSM simcard is working, then the problem can be happen because the APN setting from your Sony Xperia J has already wiped as well. That is why you should try to make sure the APN of your Network provider already setup properly. See from Menu Setting > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names. If you are not sure about that, you should consult with your GSM provider contact center.
If your phone does not connect to Internet then all applications and data will not synchronize and will not up to date. If your camera quality still dark, try to get in better light situation or at outdoor for getting better images. Hi, it seems that your Sony Xperia J internal memory already full or the capacity is not enough to install other applications. Some applications like Facebook or Twitter or BBM or Instagram or something like that will keep your data in the internal memory, some of that applications does not have options to move data to external memory, therefore after use several period of time your cached data will be bigger and make your internal memory size become full although you already try to uninstall or remove some applications. If this situations happen, please try to remove cache and data files from your applications, but doing this will make your data or setting become removed and the applications will run back to default again. You can clean the data by go to Setting > Apps and find the downloaded or any bigger data cache applications. Find button to remove or delete the application data.
