Ph is working good without sim, once sim is inserted it get restart or shutting down, can anybody help

  Hi, please try to use different simcard to make sure this problems happen not from your simcard. We also suggest to do hard reset or master format to factory default, because your Sony Xperia P still can boot properly, then do hard reset using menu Setting.

Hi , Im using Sony Xperia LT22i , It suddenly stopped working , there is always a pop up saying
*Unfortunately Google Play services has stopped
*Settings has stopped
Trying to reset my phone but due to the pop ups , unable to do it

  Hi, we suggest you to do hard reset using PC Companion like steps at #option 4 above. It will reflash / reformat your Sony Xperia P operating system to factory default start at off positions, therefore all popup display will not effect or will not bother the reformat process using this option. Please download latest PC Companion software from Sony mobile official website, then install it at computer. After that, please follow step by step procedure at #option 4 above.

my xperia p hangs when I draw my unlock pattern then it goes off after some time and does the same thing I have tried the hard reset but the phone doesn't respond it just boots and hangs again what do I do please

  Hi, we suggest you to follow steps at #option 4 above for reformat your Sony Xperia P operating system to factory default using PC Companion software that downloaded from Sony official website and install at your PC that have Microsoft Windows operating system, then follow steps at #option 4 above carefully.

  Hi, you should try to do hard reset to factory default either using menu Setting like steps at #option 1 when your Sony Xperia P still can boot normally or using PC Companion applications like steps at #options 4 above. Usually your kind of problems happen because applications crash or damaged. Hopefully after reformat your Sony Xperia P will restore back to factory default and you need to setup like new again.
