I tried first method, switch off mobile, press power button + volume increase + volume decrease, press three buttons and then my mobile screen shows three colours blue+green+red, and then nothing, I disconnect my battery and again connect battery then on my mobile. First method fails.

I tried second method, go to settings, factory data reset, reset phone, and a warning message that “keep your battery level more than 30%”, my mobile has 100% battery and plugged in and charging, again and again tried to reset phone but again and again same message “keep your battery level more than 30%” has appeared. Second method fails.

Can you please help me in this matter?
