As far as we know, usually the phone will not suddenly frozen unless we install some applications, so that applications maybe not compatible with this phone or not compatible with other applications inside this phone. When the phone turn off by itself because of applications, when we do charge the phone, then the indicator will work normally. If the indicator to charge not work like usual, then maybe we suspect some problem weather with the battery or power charger itself. So please make sure about that. Hi, I have HTC Butterfly since August 2013. It has been working great but since last week, loud speakers of mobile are malfunctioning. They don’t sound but if I press the phone screen together with the back, they sound. As soon as I stop pressing they again stop. On the other hand soft / slow speakers are working fine as I am using it to talk with people. Furthermore, speakers with headphone are also working. I am facing a worse situation as my phone doesn’t sound if someone ring me. Also, I can not listen songs without headphone.
