How to Recover Our Samsung Account / Forgot Password?
Having trouble accessing our Samsung account? Don’t worry, recovering our account is a straightforward process. Here’s how to get back in:
Recovering Our Samsung Account ID:
- Visit the Samsung account recovery page: https://account.samsung.com/accounts/v1/MBR/findId
- Click on “Find ID.”
- Enter our registered phone number or email address associated with our Samsung account.
- Follow any additional prompts or verification steps as instructed (e.g., CAPTCHA challenge).
- Samsung will then send a verification code to our recovery contact information.
- Enter the verification code on the recovery page.
- Once verified, we should be able to see our Samsung Account ID.
Recovering Our Samsung Account Password:
- Visit the Samsung account password reset page: https://account.samsung.com/accounts/v1/MBR/resetPassword
- Enter our Samsung Account ID or the email address linked to our account.
- Click “Reset password“.
- If we verified our phone number during registration, we can choose to receive a verification code via SMS. Otherwise, we can choose to reset the password using our security email.
- Enter the verification code OR follow the instructions sent to our security email.
- Once verified, we’ll be able to create a new password for our Samsung account.
