    • Hi, usually if your Samsung Galaxy J1 still at default state with official ROM then the #option 2 above will work without problems. Please try to do it slowly steps by steps. If still can not fix, then please consult with Samsung authorized service center.

    • Hi, as far as your Samsung Galaxy J1 still use official ROM or does not have trouble with hardware, then the steps at #Option 2 to hard reset using hardware button combination key will work with most Galaxy J1. However, if your phone still can not fix with that procedure, then you have to check your hardware to Samsung authorized service center.

    • Hi, if your Samsung Galaxy J1 is stuck at boot loop then you have to try doing hard reset using hardware button combination key like steps at #option 2 above. It will reformat your Samsung Galaxy J1 operating system to factory default. But of course you have to setup again like new, including sign-in with previous Google account or Samsung account.

    • Hi, we can not make sure about that, but with OTA firmware update, your Samsung Galaxy J100H/DS will find the proper firmware version which fit to your phone automatically. If the firmware still not available, then your Samsung Galaxy J1 will not process any firmware upgrade.

    • Hi, Samsung Galaxy J1 have limited specifications, therefore we are not suggest to install many applications. However, if your Samsung Galaxy J1 get hang/stuck troubles, then please make sure you have backup all important data, or Backup all Whatsapp data at cloud with simple steps, then continue to do hard reset using menu Setting like steps at #option 1 above, because your phone still can boot properly. After finish performing hard reset, then you have to sign-in with same Google account and follow steps to recover Whatsapp account and chat history.
