Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
Is Hard Reset Same Meaning With Reformat ?
Mostly yes it is, because hard reset mean to restore all setting and operating system to factory default.
Usually there are some steps to hard reset. For some smartphone, hard reset can be process with menu Setting
or using hardware button combination key or using computer with specific applications using data cable.
Can I Perform Hard Reset When Battery Empty ?
No, we can not do that. It is very important for most gadgets to make sure the battery is not empty or
we suggest minimum have 50% capacity (full is better), because doing hard reset or reformat will flash the
operating system file source to internal memory or storage, if the power fail while flashing,
then usually our device will corrupt and can not use normally anymore.
